Zoombinis is here! Even the evil Bloats couldn’t keep them away. The little designer blue characters have made their way to your smart device (iPad and Android)!  Later this summer coming to Mac, Windows and Kindle Fire!

Download from the App Store here:

Use this link to access google play:

Zoombinis, the 90’s logic game, has been recreated for the touchscreen by FableVision Studios and Learning Games Network.

Are you ready to put on your thinking cap and use your analyzing skills to systematically solve the logic puzzles.  Immerse yourself in the Zoombini’s journey and help the little guys (all 400 of them) leave Zoombini Isle to get to their destination of Zoombiniville.

Zoombinis offers hours and hours of problem-solving play and develops needed mathematical skills for our future generations to succeed.  The best part of all is that it is totally FUN!  Various difficulty ‘levels’ keep the challenge going. Which will you choose?  Not So Easy, Very Hard, Very Very Hard or Oh So Hard.

NOTE: play is designed to problem solve by trial and error using deduction, observation, categorizing, comparing, sequencing and most of all patience.  Do not expect to see a step-by-step instruction manual.  This is true problem solving at it’s best!

Design and create your individual Zoombinis with endless combinations by mixing and matching features.  There are five possible traits for each of the four attributes; 5 types of hair styles, 5 types of eyes, various nose colors, and footwear (skates, shoes, spring, propeller, and wheels).  WOW – attributes and combinations, you are on your way to developing important critical thinking skills!

Along the way you and your little blue pals will travel through a series of environments to solve the challenging puzzles to make it to the next stop along the journey:

  • Allergic Cliffs

  • Stone Cold Caves

  • Pizza Pass

  • Captain Cajun’s Ferryboat

  • Titantic Tattooed Toads

  • Stone Rise

  • Fleens

  • Hotel Dimentia

  • Mudball Wall

  • Lion’s Lair

  • BubbleWonder Abyss

  • Mirror Machine

My two favorites are the Mirror Machine where you have to watch closely and choose the correct Zoombini reflection and Captain Cajun’s Ferryboat who is very finicky about where his passengers sit!

Bravo to TERC, FableVision Studios and Learning Games Network for bringing the Zoombinis to the tablets.  Don’t wait….download this highly recommended app now and begin the fun!  For purposes of this review I used only the IOS version from the App Store.
